These terms govern your use of My Patriot Perks. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the service
My Patriot Perks provides informational listings for military and veteran discounts, veteran-owned businesses, benefits, events, and resources. Listings may be submitted, imported, or community verified and can change without notice.
Verify before relying
Discounts, eligibility rules, prices, business ownership, hours, benefits, provider participation, and availability are not guaranteed. Confirm important information directly with the business, government agency, healthcare provider, or benefit administrator before traveling, purchasing, or receiving care.
No government or medical affiliation
My Patriot Perks is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, TRICARE, CHAMPVA, or any other government agency unless expressly stated. The service does not provide legal, financial, benefits, or medical advice and is not an emergency service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Self-declared military affiliation does not constitute official verification. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Submissions and community reports
You may submit only information you reasonably believe is accurate and lawful. Do not impersonate a business, misrepresent veteran ownership, manipulate verification counts, submit confidential information, or use the service to harass others. You grant us permission to display, moderate, correct, and remove submitted listing content for operation of the service.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, scrape it in a manner that burdens its systems, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use content in violation of law or third-party rights. We may suspend accounts or remove content to protect users and the service.
Third-party services
External links, maps, businesses, programs, and providers are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their products, services, decisions, content, or availability.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, My Patriot Perks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on a listing or third-party service.
Changes and contact
